a. Inspection regulations

b. Return conditions
YIBO supports customers to return goods within 07 days from the time of receipt (except for discounted products and gift cards). For goods to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot return certain types of items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
c. Regulations on notification time and sending returned products
Before returning the product, please contact us directly. If your return is accepted, YIBO will send you a shipping label for the return as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. Returns to YIBO without prior contact will not be accepted.
