a. Delivery time and location limits
Currently, support Worldwide delivery. We will deliver to you within 15 to 22 business days from the time of receipt of the order, depending on the country and shipping address you provide.
- For orders delivered to Vietnam (eg: Ho Chi Minh City), estimated delivery time is 15 to 17 days after order is confirmed.
- For other countries and regions, the estimated delivery time is 17 to 22 business days, may vary depending on local shipping and customs conditions.
However, delivery time may be extended by several working days in the following force majeure cases:
- Staff of Unable to contact you so cannot deliver.
- The shipping address is incorrect or difficult to find.
- Number of orders at spike causing processing delays.
- The supplier delivers later than expected or the shipping unit has a problem that causes a delay.

b. Shipping fee
At YiboShop, we offer free shipping on all orders nationwide.
For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping address and clearly displayed on the checkout page before the customer confirms the order.
When customers receive the goods and discover problems arising during the shipping process, we will be responsible for handling the request according to the current return and refund policy.
